The IVth International Defence Exhibition “IDELF-2010”
took place at the June 30th July 4th 2010
at the territory of the Exhibition complex “RUSSIA” in Jukovsky
as the part of the 1-st International Forum “Engineering
Technologies 2010” according to the Russian Federation
Government decree N1275-r of the 02.09.2009.
 This
is the fourth time that KBP Instrument Design Bureau took
part in the “IDELF” exhibition according to the
decree on the enterprise N198 of 20.04.2010.
The KBP stand covered 40 m2 in a closed pavilion.
An exposition of armored vehicles covering 250 m2
was organized at the outdoor area. The KBP Instrument Design
Bureau delegation was led by Vitaly Davydov, chief deputy
of the division. Throughout the exhibition, the KBP stand
was visited by official delegations of the Ministries of Defence
of 19 countries and by representatives of over 20 foreign
and Russian companies.
Representatives of the Ministries of Defence,
official foreign delegations, companies as well as other visitors
showed most interest to the following arms complexes: “Pantsir-S1”
air defence missile-gun complex, “Kornet-E”
antitank guided weapon complex, “Varna” infantry
jet flamethrower, “Krasnopol-M2”
guided weapon complex and “Malakhit” portable
automatic fire control system.
The exhibitions programme of the Forum “Engineering
Technologies” united 4 exhibitions: International Defence
Exhibition “IDELF-2010”, International
exhibition on the engineering technologies “INTERMASH-2010”,
International exhibition “Multipurpose Pilotless Aircraft
Complexes “UVS-TECH-2010” and International
exhibition on the aerospace technologies “AEROSPACE-2010”.
314 companies from 29 regions of the Russian
Federation as well as foreign companies from 11 countries,
namely Belorussia, Armenia, Ukraine, India, Jordan, France,
South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, United Arab Emirates,
took part in the exhibitions programme of the Forum.
Among Russian participants there were present
the biggest industrial enterprises of the branch: KBP Instrument
Design Bureau, OAO “Kamaz”, GNPP “Splav”,
Bryansk automobile factory, V.A. Degtyarev factory, OAO “Concern
“Sozvezdie”, AD concern “Almaz-Antey”,
F.E. Dzerjynski NPK “Uralvagonzavod”, Concern
“SISTEMPROM”, NPP “RADAR MMS”, “R.E.T.
Kronshtadt” and more.
Exposition pavilions covered over 6000 m2,
the outdoor exposition featuring actual arms, armored equipment
and civil production samples covered about 3500 m2.
As the part of the stationary exposition there were exhibited
23 units of arms and armored equipment available at the Ministry
of Defence of Russia and 25 units produced by the enterprises
of the branch.
The demonstrational programme of the Forum
included dynamic shows of arms and armored equipment samples
at the specially built ground of the Exhibitions complex “RUSSIA”.
Both Russian and foreign participants admit
that the Forum has drawn quite an attention of specialists
throughout the world. Over 50 thousand people visited the
exhibition. These numbers allow the Forum “Engineering
Technologies – 2010” to be placed in the range
of the leading world exhibitions on engineering and industrial
technologies.
