The Instrument Design Bureau has
gained extensive experience in the development and production
of conversion products based on dual technologies. This
refers, mainly, to quantum electronics.
Following the recommendations of the
leading Russian medical laser experts, KBP has designed
a new generation of Lancet laser surgical devices with
the parameters surpassing foreign counterparts.
The production-run Lancet
and Lancet-2 surgical
devices are based on an original technology of super
compact all-metal waveguide CO2 laser with
RF excitation of an active medium. This has reduced
their power consumption, weight and size, and made them
portable. High density of laser beam (up to 100kW/cm2)
generated on tissue allows to conduct all kinds of operations
in any medical sphere.
The devices are additionally furnished
with attachments for gynaecological, otolaryngologic,
stomatological, laparoscopic operations, as well as
cosmetological and gynaecological scanners and special
tools for laser surgery. On demand the devices can be
mated to the surgical microscopes and colpomicroscopes
of all types.
The “Lancet” series devices have been
certified in Russia, Belarus republic, Spain, Czechia,
Hungary, Ukraine. Lancet surgical devices have European
quality certificates.
More than 500 devices of this series
are being used in Russia and abroad including the leading
clinics, like Central Clinical Hospital, Russian Federation
President Administrative Department Medical Centre,
Burdenko Central Military Clinical Hospital, State Ministry
of Health and Social Development Laser Medicine Scientific
Centre, Fedorov Eye Microsurgery Centre, Central Stomatological
Research Institute, Helmholtz Eye Disease Research Institute,
Otolaryngologic Research Institute.
The technologies used in the laser surgical
devices are registered with 12 patents in the Russian
Federation. A number of patents were granted gold and
silver medals at the International Invention Salons
in Brussels and Geneva. |
